Dani Peer Principal, The Peer Effect Pty Ltd (at time of writing) Dani Peer is the principal of The Peer Effect - a consultancy specialising in providing business support to financial advisers. Dani began his financial services career at accounting firm Arthur Andersen & Co in 1992. After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant he set up a financial planning practice committed to high-touch, customised and holistic client solutions. He then moved into boutique funds' management setting up his own firm before selling his interest three years later in 2003 to emigrate to Australia and join Zurich Financial Services as its National Practice Manager. In 2006 he joined the AFS Group as Head of Strategic Development and now consults to both organisations. Dani is a sought-after presenter and has been invited to work with many top 20 dealer groups and major financial planning industry associations and the Million Dollar Round Table.
