Christopher Philips Christopher Philips is a senior investment analyst for Vanguard Investment Strategy Group. This group is responsible for capital markets research; the asset allocations used in solutions for Vanguard’s fund-of-funds, such as the Vanguard Target Retirement Funds; and maintaining and enhancing the investment methodology used for advice-based relationships with high-net-worth and institutional clients. He has authored several research papers on topics of concern to institutional and high-net-worth audiences. Philips holds a B.A. from Franklin & Marshall College and is a CFA® charterholder.
