Prior to establishing the company, he was the managing director and chief investment officer of CINMan, the in-house fund manager for the Coal Schemes, and then Head of the UK Unit at Goldman Sachs Asset Management. Di Mascio has also held the positions of director of Olympus Capital Management, a European long/short hedge fund manager, and executive director of IMIGest, the leading Italian mutual fund company.
