Sam Rubin Head of Adviser Services, Insignia Financial Ltd (at time of writing) Sam Rubin is the Technical Services Manager for IOOF's Technical Adviser Solutions Department. He is responsible for the technical support tools available to financial advisers. His role incorporates a number of services ranging from technical and strategy advice to advisers via publications and presentations, to guest speaker at licensees' professional development days and industry seminars. Sam's past experience includes time as Technical Services Manager where he was responsible for providing technical financial planning and strategy presentations to financial advisers. He was responsible for the publication of various financial planning articles and responsible for the licensee training in SMSF and salary packaging. He has completed the CPA program and is a member of CPA Australia. He has also completed the Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning with the Securities Institute and has a Bachelor of Business degree majoring in accounting.
