Hi Colin, thanks for your comment. The portfolio return and risk analysis at the end of the paper was done using S&P/ASX200 and Bloomberg Ausbond composite index data, which are available as ETFs from a range of issuers. The income analysis was done using Vanguard Australian share and bond index funds, which are also available in ETF form.
