Darren Snyder Managing Editor, Money, Financial Standard (at time of writing) Darren joined Financial Standard and the Rainmaker Group as a journalist in March 2015, predominantly covering superannuation. He soon became associate editor of FS Super - The Journal of Superannuation Management, and in January 2017 he was appointed Financial Standard editor. Previously a mining reporter at the Mudgee Guardian, Darren was awarded the Sir Harry Budd Memorial Award for Australian Country Journalism in 2012. The award recognised his extensive coverage of the Kandos Cement Works closure.
