Leigh Smith Leigh Smith is a part-time lecturer and tutor in taxation law at the University of Western Sydney, and a part-time teacher at the Western Sydney Institute of TAFE. He is also involved in a small accounting practice and another family business. Previously, Leigh was the executive in charge of operations for a medium-sized fund manager and was one of the key people named on the fund manager's unrestricted dealers licence.
