Lloyd Simpson Lloyd Simpson has been in and around financial services for more than 20 years. He has held executive management positions in a number of major Australian financial institutions. He also spent a great deal of time gaining experience with developing group strategy, mergers and acquisitions and running corporate redesign projects. In recent years, Simpson has run his own management consulting business, providing strategic planning and project management services to financial services organisations in Australia and Asia. This work has also allowed him to spend considerable time focusing upon the design and development of small business operating models, business frameworks and process redesign. On joining Enterprise121 Simpson has been able to refine this work and implement change projects with a number of Enterprise121 clients.
