Previously CEO and CIO of RBA, he oversaw multi-asset, global equity, and fixed income ETF strategies for advisers and institutions. Richard co-authors RBA's monthly Insights, is a frequent CNBC and Bloomberg TV guest, and is regularly quoted in Barron's, the Financial Times, and The Wall Street Journal.
