Sally Manion Director & National Head, Financial Planning, ipac securities limited (at time of writing) Sally Manion is director and national head of ipac financial planning. Sally has been with ipac since October 2001 and driven ipac's growth from its Sydney base into new markets such as Melbourne and Brisbane. Before joining ipac, Sally Manion was general mmanager of financial planning at State Super Financial Services from 1995 to 2001. Prior to joining State Super, Sally Manion was a director and principal adviser at Bundey and Associates, one of Australia's first fee-based financial planning practices. Sally's career includes a stint running Ernst & Whinney's financial planning arm, having worked as a chartered accountant in the private client/tax area of Ernst & Whinney for many years. Sally was awarded Money Management'sFinancial Planner of the Year in 1989. Sally is a member of the FPA's Professional Standards Committee and Industry Efficiency Advisory Committee.
