He has part-owned and operated several small businesses in his career and is well aware of the challenges facing small business entrepreneurs and the strategies and tools required for businesses to achieve sustainable growth and success. Prior to joining AXA in his current role, Sam worked with ING and then was a founding partner of an independent provider of practice and business management services - The Encore Group. He has a Bachelor of Business in Marketing.
